The needed amount of sleep for college students (18+) are 7.5 to 9.0 hours, but it has been reported that 1/3 of student get less sleep when school is in session. Due to the constant workload and activities college student partake, some college students sleep less or do all nighters. It has been reported that 66% of students pull all nighters. Sleep is needed espeicially for college student.
